We advise customers to start with one capsule of Magnesium alongside Vegan Nights® (which contains 145 mg of Magnesium) initially, providing a total of 345 mg of Magnesium. However, it is safe to take two capsules of Magnesium with Vegan Nights®.

Our Magnesium is highly absorbable and more effective than standard magnesium supplements and many customers find that they only need one capsule a day (200mg). However, the recommended daily dosage is 2 capsules a day and this is fine to take if you feel the need.
